These notes inform you about the type, scope, and purpose of the processing of personal data when visiting our website.

2. Hosting & Access Data (Server Logs)

When you access our pages, our hosting provider automatically collects access data (e.g., IP address, date/time, requested URL, referrer URL, browser, operating system). Processing is carried out to ensure technical availability, IT security, and error analysis (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). Logs are regularly deleted automatically.

3. Cookies

Our website uses only technically necessary cookies, insofar as this is required for display/navigation. You can disable cookies in your browser; however, some functions may be limited. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a functional website).

4. Communication via Email

If you contact us by email, we process your details to handle the request (Art. 6 (1) lit. b or f GDPR). Data is deleted once the request has been completed, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.

5. Third-Party Content

Google Maps (Directions)

We integrate maps from Google (Google Ireland Limited). When loading, Google may process personal data (incl. IP address). YouTube/Vimeo (Videos)

On some pages, videos from YouTube (Google) or Vimeo may be embedded. When playing, a connection to the providers’ servers is established. Cookies may be set and usage data may be linked to your profile if you are logged in. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a/f GDPR.

Social Media Profiles

We maintain online profiles on external platforms (e.g., Facebook/Instagram). When visiting these profiles, the privacy policies of the respective providers apply. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in public relations (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).

6. Web Fonts

For consistent presentation, web fonts may be used. If embedded externally, your browser connects to the provider’s servers, transmitting your IP address. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (interest in a consistent display). If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used.

7. Data Retention

We only process personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned or as long as legal retention obligations exist. Afterward, the data is deleted or anonymized.

8. Your Rights

9. Security

We take technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, destruction, and unauthorized access. Please note that data transmission on the Internet (e.g., when communicating by email) may have security vulnerabilities.
